David Allan Harris, Jr., 17, of Lakewood, died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday (June 2, 1992) in the Springfield Memorial Hospital, Springfield.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Lockart & Sons Funeral Home, Cowden. Memorials may be made to Springfield Memorial Hospital Regional Burn Center.
Mr. Harris was born Nov. 22, 1974, in fort Benning, Ga., the son of David Allan and Penny Jo Taylor Harris, Sr.
Surviving are his parents of Lakewood; sisters, Misty Dawn, Jessica Renee and Michele Lee, all at home; grandparents, Clarence and Ruth Taylor of Mode, Gerald Harris of Cowden and Frances Harris of Windsor.
Mr. Harris was a nurse's aide at the Shelby Manor, Shelbyville.
