Evelyn Adams, 85, passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016. Service: 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Hurst. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet. Evelyn was a graduate of Paschal High School in 1948. She retired from Bell Helicopter in Hurst in 1968. She was an active member of the Eastern Star for 53 years, having served at North Fort Worth Chapter #684 and Hurst Chapter as worthy matron. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hurst. She enjoyed crafts and taught ceramics at the Eastern Star Home. Evelyn also enjoyed puzzles of all kinds, especially crosswords. Evelyn was the last of a family of 10 children. Survivors: Husband of 68 years, Delbert Adams; daughters, Linda and Debbie Adams; sons, Wayne Adams (Bernadette) and Scott Adams (Elizabeth); nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
