Mrs. Sarah H. Hansen
Mrs. Sarah H. Hansen, a native of Alexandria, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, May 5, 1952, in a nursing home at Coldwater, Mich.

She was born on May 5, 1871, in Alexandria, the daughter of Dr. Tobias and Letitia (Stitt) Harnish. In 1902 she married Lawrence P. Hansen, who preceded her in death in August 1942. Mr. Hansen operated a creamery in Alexandria for a number of years.

The deceased was a member of the Alexandria Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mary (Mrs. Victor Boyer) of Burr Oaks, Mich., and Helen (Mrs. Max Miller) of Toledo, Ohio, one sister, Mrs. Harry A. Tyson of Petersburg, five grand children and two great-grandchildren. One daughter, Letitia, died in infancy.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Grove's funeral home in Alexandria with the Rev. Kenneth L. Duncan officiating. Interment will be made in the Alexandria Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of the service.
