Millicent L. Hooper was born to Edward and Neva N. Watson Hooper in 1913 in Oregon. She was an only child. Millicent married Harlan J. Hardman on March 19, 1932. The couple lived in Portland Oregon throughout their married life. Millicent and "Harley" had one child, a daughter, Harleen. Millicent passed away October 29, 2001 at the age of 88 years. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving her at the time of her death were her husband, Harley and daughter, Harleen (who have both since passed) and three grandsons and their spouses.
