Patricia A. Bowen, 68, of Reading passed away Oct. 22, 2012, in St. Joseph Medical Center. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on Aug. 5, 1944, a daughter of the late Thomas Nelson and Agnes (Bowen) Hammond.
Patricia was a member of St. James Chapel Church of God in Christ. She is survived by her daughter, and four sons, three brothers, three sisters, twenty grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends. She was predeceased by two sisters, Diane Ali and Barbara Hammond. Burial to follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
