Evelynn W. Hamilton 67, 400 S.W. Dove St., Keystone Heights, Fla., died at 3:30 a.m. Friday, April 14, 1989 in the Bradford Hospital, Starke, Fla.
She was born Oct. 17, 1921, in Greensburg, the daughter of Troy W. and Reine Wilson Hamilton. Her mother, Reine Wilson Hamilton Heath, survives, and resided with her daughter in Keystone Heights, Fla. Before going to Florida in 1984, Hamilton was in the personnel department of Community Hospital, Indianapolis for 25 years. She was a member of the Keystone United Methodist Church, the Zeta Tau Alpha Society and the Keystone Womens Club, all in Keystone, Fla. She was a 1949 graduate of Butler University.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Bill (Louise) Brock, Melrose, Fla.; and two stepsisters, Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by a step-brother, Howard Heath.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home Greensburg, with the Rev. Robert Campbell of the Greensburg United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in South Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
