Myrle Florence Hamilton Gustke, 88, passed away Thursday in Castle Rock, Colorado. She was born in Syracuse on February 23, 1922, the daughter of William and Mattie Hughes Hamilton. Myrle formerly had lived in Ft. Lauderdale and Trenton, Florida, before moving to Colorado. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 1992; son, Robert P. in 2010; and her sister, Lois Mae Richards in 1990. Survived by her son, Donald W. (Sue Brook) Gustke of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Cheryl Ann (Robert) Frankart of Castle Rock, CO and Patricia Ann (Shawn) Samson of Cedarburg, WI; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held, Tuesday, December 14 at 9:30 a.m. in Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 3111 James Street. Contribution may be made to St. Francis of Assisi, 2746 Fifth Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
