Emma Ruth Hamilton, 87, formerly of San Angelo died Friday, Jan. 12, 2001, in Houston at the Hermann Memorial City Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, in Fairmount Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Terry officiating. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hamilton was born Sept. 7, 1913, in Tom Green County. Her husband, Ed Hamilton, preceded her in death April 9, 1992.
She is survived by two sons, Jon A. Hamilton and James F. Watts and wife, Bobbie; two nieces, Mary Blackburn and Sandy Hamilton; a nephew, Dale Dodson; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
