Services for Mrs. Lillian Hall Bailes, 68, Columbia, were held at 10 a.m. Sunday, January 27, 1991 in the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Jim Richmond and Dr. W. M. Causey officiating. Burial followed in Fellowship Cemetery, west of Columbia, under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home Inc. of Columbia.
Mrs. Bailes died Thursday, January 24, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe after an extended illness.
Mrs. Bailes was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Lester Bailes of Columbia; sons, David Bailes and Larry Bailes, both of Columbia; daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Russell, Mrs. Faye Vallery and Mrs. Gloria Spruell, all of Monroe; brother, Mr. Jim Hall of Columbia; sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Brooks of Wisner, Mrs. Mattie Cruse of Monroe and Mrs. Rosa Thurman of Bossier City; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Eric Spruell, David Spruell, Jr., Greg Alford, Jeff Russell, Jerry Vallery and Terry Glennon.
