Visitation will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, Tuesday, October 18, 2005, from 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2005, at 12:30 p.m., in the chapel at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
