Mrs. Agnes May Hahn, 72,of 312 N. Church St., Thurmont, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

She was the wife of Paul V. Hahn Sr., who preceded her in death on May 23, 1985.

Born Jan. 9, 1920, in Keymar, she was a daughter of the late Newton and Bertha Cauliflower Six.

She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Thurmont, the Senior Citizens of Thurmont and the AARP.

She enjoyed baking and gardening, and prior to retirement she had been a baker for Super Thrift and the Cozy Restaurant.

Mr.s Hahn is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Paul V. and Jody Hahn of Thurmont, Ted E. and Sandy Hahn of Frederick and Philip E. and Susie Hahn of Gordonsville, Va.; five grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Timothy, Christopher and JHessica Hahn; and a brother, Newton Six Jr. of Middleburg.

She will also be remembered by friends Louise Royer and Judy Holzwart.

Mrs. Hahn was preceded in death by a brother, William Six, and a sister, Ruth Smith.

Friends may call at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 E. Main St., Thurmont, on Thursday, Feb. 11, from noon until 9 p.m., where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 12, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 15 N. Church St., Thurmont, with the Rev. William H. Peacock Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.

The church will provide a luncheon in the church hall after interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Hahn's name to Hospice of Frederick County, P.O. Box 1799, Frederick, Md. 21702, or to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 15 N. Church st., Thurmont, Md. 21788.
