DAINGERFIELD - Services for Oscar Hagood Jr., 80, of Daingerfield, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2007, at First Baptist Church in Cason, with the Rev. Scott Darby officiating. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery. Arrangements are by Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Mr. Hagood died October 29, 2007, in Pittsburg.
Born September 28, 1927, in Naples, he was a U.S. Army veteran, retired from Lone Star Steel and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Betty Hagood; daughters, Barbara Brown and Patty Janzen; sons, Oscar Gary Hagood, Bruce Glen Hagood and Kevin Lee Hagood; and sister, Sarah Ann Collins.
