1973, in Altoona Hospital, where she was admitted Jan. 25, after a lengthy illness. She was born Aug. 3, 1891, in Altoona, a daughter of Frank and Alice (Peightal) Smawley, and married Miles H. Gunsalus on Jan. 18, 1913. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Lois Dunklebarger of Niagara Falls, N.Y.: a foster-daughter, Mrs. Alice Horner of Niagara Falls,N.Y.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs.Gunsalus was a member of
Bethany Lutheran Church andthe Ladies Auxiliary of the B of RT.
