Julia loved having a large garden and canning her vegetables. She also loved to sew, crochet, do her craft projects, and she never had a puzzle too far from her. She even kept her word search puzzle books in the car.
Julia was a loving mother and grandmother. She would often baby sit with her grandchildren and adored spending time with her family. She left a large void when she departed this life.
Born February 13, 1928, in Neal, Kan., she was a former owner of Fowler Nursing Home and retired from Visiting Nurses of East Texas. Survivors include her husband, three daughters, and two step daughters, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
