Beloved mother of Louis Haller, Mrs. Henry Ekman, Mrs. Herbert Smith, and Mrs. Anna Spettle. Funeral from Simmer Mortuary, 288 West 5th Street, Tuesday, Dec. 21, 8:30 a.m. Services Sacred Heart Church, 9 a.m. Interment Calvary."
On the 1900 St. Paul, Ramsey County, MN Federal Census Agatha (Agartha) Haller is listed as having been married 36 years and the mother of 7 children 5 of whom were still living. It also indicated she immigrated in 1864 and had been in this country for 36 years.
She married Philip J. Haller 24 Nov 1864 in St. Matthias Catholic Church, Muscatine, Iowa.
Her death certificate indicated cause of death as myocarditis and arteriosclerosis with senility as a contributing factor.
