Julia (Judy) F. Coleman, 71, of Goldsmith, TX. Passed away Sunday, September 25, 2011 at
the Hospice House in Odessa.
She was born July 15, 1940 in Hugo, OK. To Sammy and Virginia Grimes.
Judy moved to Goldsmith, TX. in 1965 where she owned and operated the Ceder Inn Café for almost 40 years.
Judy married Harold Coleman on August 20, 1974.
She is preceded in death by her father, Sammy Grimes; her mother Virginia Grimes; her husband Harold Coleman; and step-son Donald Coleman.
Judy is survived by her sons; Lloyd Mills and James Averitt Jr.; daughters, Tonya Averitt Burson and LaWanda Mills; step-sons, Michael Coleman, Ricky Coleman, Phillip Coleman and Steve Coleman, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Debbie Brown officiating.
