At Griffith Memorial Chapel--Mrs. Entzminger's Work.
A large audience greeted Mrs. Maggie Griffith Entzminger in the Tryon Street Baptist church Sunday afternoon to listen to her delightful talk on mission work in Brazil.
Mrs. Entzminger is an easy talker and held the close attention of all through both addresses. She has become greatly interested in the building of a chapel in ernambuco, a large city of northern Brazil, where she has labored for several years. She desires to call it after her father, the late Dr. R. H. Griffith, who is so lovingly remembered as a teacher and pastor in Charlotte. Many of his friends will doubtless be glad to aid in the erection f this "Griffith Memorial." Contributions can be left with Dr. Barron or Mr. R. H. Jordan.
Mrs. Entzmizer leaves to-day for New York, where she sails soon, with her husband, for Brazil.
