Mary Ann (Griego) Fair, of Syracuse, Kansas passed away on March 23, 2017, at the age of 62. She was born on June 12, 1954 in Hartman, Colorado to Danoto Griego and Leonarda (Sena) Griego and was one of twelve children.
Mary Ann was a strong woman, especially strong in her faith and for the love of her family. She loved her position serving St. Raphael Catholic Church for over 25 years as the Parish Administrator and Director of Religious Education. She especially loved singing in the church choir and sharing her knowledge of the Catholic faith as a spiritual mentor .Mary Ann enjoyed relaxing in her backyard swinging in her hammock, hosting parties for her girlfriends, decorating her home (especially during the holidays), taking train trips to the West Coast, taking walks on the beach, cheering on the Denver Broncos, dancing and listening to music.
Mary Ann’s greatest joys in life were being a wife (married to Gary Fair for 40 years), a mother to Kristopher, Lindsay and Ashley and grandmother to Callan, who she referred to as Gammy’s “Little Angel Faces.” Mary Ann will be remembered for her great sense of humor, animated story-telling and infectious laugh.

Mass Memorial Services will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 10:30 AM (MDT) at St.Raphael Catholic Church, in Syracuse, KS.
Inurnment will be held at 3:00 PM (MDT) at the Hartman Cemetery, Hartman, Colorado.
