Kathleen M. (Goss) Conlon, a retired manager for the millinery department of New York Lace, died Wednesday May 06, 1998 at Marion Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was 87. She was the wife of James F. Conlon. Born in Taunton, she was a lifelong resident of the city. She was educated at St. Mary's Grammar and High Schools. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and a former member of Queen's Daughters. She was the daughter of the late George E. and Mary A. (Boyle) Goss. She is survived by three daughters, Janice M. Gilligan of Hopkinton, NH, Joanne M. Conlon and Kathleen M. Cyr, both of Taunton; two sons, James F. Conlon Jr. of Lee, NH and Joseph M. Conlon of Taunton; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
