Paul is survived by his loving friend and mother of his children, Ramona Martínez, children, Frances Gómez and her husband, Mike, daughter, Christina Gómez, son, Paul T. Gómez III and his wife, Lynn and daughter, Barbara I. Gómez, 11 grandchildren, Michael Gómez, Paul James Gómez and his wife, Brenda, Raquel Gómez, Elizabeth Gómez, Dominic Martínez, Bernadette (Gómez) Johnson, Paul Tito Gómez IV, Paul Timothy Gómez V and his wife, Ashley, Michelle Gómez, Francesca Tarango and Nichole Jardine, Paul Gomez III's three step-children, David López and his wife, Joella, Davina García and Jeremy García, 22 great-grandchildren, his loving sister, Genevieve Salas and her husband, Eloy of Gallup, sister, Lillian Mendoza and her husband, Harry of Gallup, his precious nieces and nephews and his loving friends that loved and will miss him.
Memorial Services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sarah Rd. in Rio Rancho, on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow immediately in the Parish Hall. Burial will take place, also on Tuesday, at Santa Fé National Cemetery in Santa Fé, NM, at 3:00 p.m., with U.S. Marine Corps Honors.
