MRS. MAUDE BERRY
Mrs. Maude Berry, 85, of 122 West Third Street, died at 9:30 p.m. Monday at Muscatine General hospital after an extended illness.
Mrs. Berry, a former court reporter and secretary had been a Muscatine resident for 45 years. She was born May 17, 1876, in 76 Township, the daughter of Charles and Fannie Whitsearver Goldsberry. She was married in 1895, in Muscatine, to Emmett Berry.
Mrs. Berry was a member of the First Congregational church of Muscatine.
She is survived by two cousins, Mrs. Millon Eichelberger and Mrs. Frank Foster, Muscatine,
She was preceded in death by her husband.
The body is now at the Ralph J. Wittich funeral home, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m, Wednesday with Rev. F. C. Schmidt of Iowa City in charge.
Interment will be at Green wood cemetery.
