Mrs. Goddard was born on November 1, 1906 in Leonard to Joseph Johnson and Mary Luola Pace. Mrs. Goddard was a legal secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 23, 1990.

Mrs. Goddard is survived by a daughter, Barbara Rogers Dowdy of Bellaire; 2 grandchildren and a grandchild, also survive.
