From Holland St. John - "Nora was the daughter of Charles and Mary Ann (Burlison) Givens of Black Township, Posey County, Indiana. The exact date of her birth has not be identified, but it most likely was between 1883 and 1885. She was the twin sister of Cora. The girls had three brothers: Pheasant Greene, David and Alvin. Nora died in infancy and it is assumed she is interred in the Givens plot where her mother, twin sister and two of her brothers are buried in the Bufkin Cemetery located north of the town of Mount Vernon. (Today it is known as the Mount Pleasant Baptist Cemetery.)"
