"NOSS - Of 3247 Ponce de Leon street, on Monday, November 16, 1942, 9:30 o'clock p. m., MARGARET GITZ NOSS, mother of Mrs. Frank Laumann and the late Mrs. Clara Bader and Mrs. Arthur Baumy; grandmother of Mrs. T. J. LeBlanc, Arthur Baumy, Jr., Mrs. Emile Kuepferle, Wilbur and Frank Laumann, also survived by six great-grandchildren: aged 83 years, 8 months, 16 days; a native of this city.
Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the funeral home of L. A. Muhleisen and Son. Dryades street, corner of St. Andrew street. Religious services at Holy Rosary church, Esplanade avenue.
Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
Due notice of time will be given."

She married Henry Moss (Noss) Sep 5, 1881 in New Orleans. She was divorced by 1900 and went back to using her maiden name Gitz.

Her parents were Jacob Gitz b. abt. 1823 in Germany and Catherina b. abt. 1829 in Germany. Her ex-husband Henry Noss was born Aug. 19, 1860-d. June 19, 1933 NOLA.
