Kenneth Bernard Gines Jr. 55, passed away on November 24, 2013 in The Woodlands, Texas. He was born to Kenneth Gines Sr. and Patricia B. Gines on December 19, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri.
On July 26, 1986 Kenneth and Vivian were joined together in marriage in Kansas City, Missouri. Kenneth embraced fatherhood with the union of marriage to Vivian Nichols and daughter Dionne Nichols. Their family grew with the birth of their other children Nicholas, Erica and Morgan Gines. Kenneth's career relocated the Gines' family to Green Bay, Wisconsin in July 1990. There they loved and nurtured their four children until another career move relocated the Gines' family to Mobile, Alabama in July 1992. Kenneth's last career advancement brought the Gines family to The Woodlands, Texas in September 1996. Vivian and Kenneth and their family still reside in The Woodlands, Texas along with their four adult children. Their love has grown even stronger through the years of rearing their children and life's struggles and good time.
Kenneth will be missed and forever loved.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 10:00 am in The Chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home. Kenneth will be laid to rest in Mount Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.
