Mrs. Mildred W. Cubitt, 67, of 418 Carlisle Blvd., Albuquerque, NM, a former Rocky Grove resident and wife of Herbert W. Cubitt, died in Albuquerque Friday. She was born in Rocky Grove February 12, 1906, daughter of George and Etta Krepp Gillingham, and was reared in the Rocky Grove area. She moved to Albuquerque 19 years ago.

She was a member of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Albuquerque and had been an active member of the Rocky Grove Avenue Presbyterian Church, a member of the OCR class and the Elizabeth Pearson Society of the church when she lived in Rocky Grove.

Surviving along with her husband, Herbert W. Cubitt, are three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Mae Dwelly of Fairfax, VA, Mrs. Dorothy Edgar of Annandale, VA, and Mrs. Shirley Jean Chapman of Norwalk, CT; a brother, Harold Gillingham of Bellevue, and eight grandchildren.

Services will be at the John J. Berg Funeral Home with Rev. John Thomas, pastor of the Rocky Grove Avenue Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in the Franklin Cemetery.
