Born in Mount Holly, Mr. Gibbs was a lifelong Mount Holly area resident. He was a laborer, most recently working for Weiker Industries in Hainesport.
He is survived by his fiancée, Evelyn Ault; three brothers and two sisters, Edwin Gibbs (Marie), Catherine Moore, Mary Caberson (Mike), Joey Gibbs (Dianne), and George Gibbs (Debbie); four nieces; six nephews; five great-nieces; and four great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Interment will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Mount Holly. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
