H, 76th Pennsylvania Infantry, and honorably discharged November 17, 1864, to date October 26, 1864. He was shot in the hand, but which hand and the date and location of where he suffered the wounding require additional research.
In 1870, he lived with his mother in Hummelstown. To this point, no evidence of a marriage has emerged.
