Shirley retired from Woolworth but also worked at Krogers & Pamida. Her family said she loved to cook and was a wonderful homemaker. She liked to watch television & movies and new almost all of the stars. Shirley saw Elvis twice, including his last concert in Cincinnati. She loved to read, knit, dance & play cards. They said she was a hard working woman.
Shirley is survived by her husband Mike Doxsey, her daughter Diana (Carl) Marino of Atlanta, GA & her son Nick Fox of Cincinnati, OH. She will also be missed by her grandson Anthony Marino. In addition to her parents & first husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Ed Lamping.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
