Wife of Ellwood Garrett∼Daughter of Samuel Wollaston, who established the Wilmington & Brandywine Cemetery. Married Ellwood Garrett in 1839. After Ellwood entered the nascent photography business in the early 1850s, she very likely assisted him in the studio they ran out of their house in Wilmington. Eight of their children survived into adulthood. Died in 1876 of unknown causes.
