Julia Garcia Bonar, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister passed away in Oakdale, CA. Julia was born in Fresno, CA, one of nine children, born to Anthony & Mary Louise Garcia. Known by family & friends as Julie. She lived in Fresno until 1968 then moved to Patterson, CA.

Julie married Gary Bonar in Wiamea Falls, HI in 1990. They lived in Modesto, CA, Dublin, CA, Stagecoach, NV and finally settled in Oakdale, CA.

Julie was a career Federal employee that spanned 23 years in Administrative positions with the Dept. of the Army, Boader Patrol, FCC and retiring as a Senior Contract Compliance Officer for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Julia is survived by her husband of 24 years, Gary; daughters Gina and Christina; stepson Ryan; mother-in-law Betty Bonar; and brother-in-law Dennis; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; brothers Paul, Richard, Tony & Chuck Garcia; sister, Sandy Segoviano.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Robert, David, & Ralph Garcia.
