Carol "Kelly" Galloway, mother, grandma, sister, and dear friend, died Nov. 16, 1999.
She told it like it was. She loved her grandchildren more than her life. She worked her guts out and never complained. She ran the Dolores, The Salmon, Cataract Canyon and the Grand.
She was a storyteller and a caretaker. She was the glue that held us all together. She had a beautiful brain and a wicked sense of humor. We will miss her in ways we cannot begin to fathom.
Kelly was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy Reese; her father, Orval Galloway and her brother, Dennis John. She is survived by son, Brian (Cindi); her adored grandchildren, Allison, Andrew, Krystel and Nicholas; her brothers, Daryl, David and sister, Debra Minster.
Memorial Service, Saturday, 2 p.m. at the Salt Lake Acting Company, 168 West 500 No.
