James Robert Fuller, 80, of Colorado Springs passed away June 2, 2008 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He was born May 1, 1928 in Pueblo, Colorado, a son of the late Fred and Stella (Way) Fuller. James was a veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a service manager at Mountain Bell and AT&T, retiring after 30 years of employment.

James attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed golfing in his spare time. James married Genevieve Slobodnik, she preceded him in death on November 30, 1987.

James is survived by his sons, Mike Fuller of Great Falls, Virginia, and Fred (Karen Logan) Fuller of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four grandchildren, Andrea, James, Matthew and Jessie Fuller; and daughter-in-law, Patti Fuller of Cripple Creek, Colorado. He is also preceded in death by one son, Mark A. Fuller, brother, Max Fuller and two sisters Phyllis Hansen and Betty Smith.

Funeral Mass was celebrated 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2021 West Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado with Reverend Hannon officiating.

Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
