Kimberly was born Oct. 4, 1969, in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
Survivors include her husband, E. Troy Smith, daughter, Sheree Fagan, son, Drake Fagan, and mother, Julia Davis Warga (John), all of Dunedin, Fla.; her father, David C. Fulfer of Fairview, Texas; brothers, David Fulfer (wife, Kristen) of Greenville, S.C., and Douglas Fulfer of McKinney, Texas; stepsiblings, John Warga (Sheri) and Anne Warga; nephew and niece, Coen and Chloe Fulfer of Greenville, S.C.; several stepnieces and stepnephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kim attended schools in Taylorville, Rochester and Jacksonville and Plano, Texas. She attended Turner Junior High and Jacksonville High School, where she was a cheerleader. She graduated from Lincoln Land School of Nursing. She taught dance and gymnastics at Jacksonville Academy of Dance and Gym. She was a competitor and judge for many dance organizations and the USTA and the Junior Olympics. She became a registered nurse and was an RN at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla., specializing in oncology. She was member of the Central Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary, both in Jacksonville, Ill.
Memorial services were held at the First Christian Church of Dunedin, Fla., Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, with Pastor Curt Swan officiating. Her brother, Doug, gave the eulogy. Condolences and memorials may be sent to Julia Warga at 727 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650. The family will plant a tree at the FCC of Dunedin in her memory and a feed the children foundation. Her remains will be buried at a later date in Jacksonville, Ill.
