Jim, beloved son and brother, was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Geraldine Fry, and is survived by his sister, Sister Barbara Fry, CDP.
He graduated from Norman, High School and served in the Air National Guard. He moved to San Antonio with his parents in 1965. Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, caring for his yard, and meeting his friends during his daily workout at the gym and at Sunday Mass. Valuing family, Jim always looked forward to weekly lunch with his sister, "just so we can see each other." Jim was a successful salesman for grocery brokerages for over 40 years.
Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 PM followed by a prayer service and celebration of his life at 7 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2014, at The Angelus Funeral Home, 1119 North St. Mary's Street. Graveside Services and Interment will be on Monday, August 18, at 10:00 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Road. In lieu of flowers, you are invited to contribute to St.Peter-St. Joseph Children's Home, San Antonio, Texas, or a memorial to your favorite charity .
