Juanita L. Burcroff, 85, of Lagro, IN died at 6:45am Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Millers Merry Manor West in Wabash. She was born September 5, 1922 in Wabash County, IN to Claude C. and Joicy E. (Hunt) Frushour.
Juanita married Duane L. Burcroff on June 25, 1942 in Lagro. He died January 16, 1962.
She was a homemaker, was a sales representative for Avon many years and also worked in Elder Care. She was a lifetime member of the Lagro United Methodist Church, and a member of the Lagro American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by three sons, Timothy L. (Carolyn) Burcroff of Aiken, SC, L. Jay (Diane) Burcroff of Urbana, IN, Todd L. (Becky) Burcroff of Gas City, IN; six grandchildren, Scott (Angela) Burcroff of Urbana, IN, Bryan (Rachel) Burcroff of Lagro, IN, Andrew Burcroff of Fort Wayne, IN, Brent Burcroff of Los Angeles, CA, Tracey Burcroff of Alexandria, VA, Shannon Burcroff of Alexandria, VA; , six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 11:00am with Rev. Rick Borgman officiating. Burial will be in the Lagro Cemetery Lagro, Indiana. Friends may call 4-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Preferred memorial is Lagro Cemetery or Lagro United Methodist Church.
