Clarence Frieze was born in Knightstown, Indiana and died April 20, 1904. He came to Holt County with his parents when a mere lad, his father being George Frieze, who formerly resided in Nodaway Township. The family moved to St. Joseph, Missouri several years ago and the deceased went to Kansas City, Missouri, where he was in the employ of the John Taylor Dry Goods Company.
The body was brought here on Friday last, interment being in the Brodbeck Cemetery, beside his father. The services at the grave were conducted by Rev. Bower. Mrs. Frieze feels grateful to those old neighbors and friends for aid rendered her in her sorrow and affliction.
