She was born in Alton, Ill., to John Grover and Edna Montgomery Freeman. Mrs. Bell moved to the area in 1971 from Los Alamos, N.M. She retired from the University of Arkansas after 10 years in print services. She was formerly active in the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed traveling.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Carrie Flackus, and two brothers, Ralph and John Freeman.
She was 76 when she passed away at her home in Rogers, AR. I have a copy of her obit.
