Alice Freeman, formerly of River Avenue, died Friday at Kent County Memorial Hospital after a two-month illness. She was the widow of James Freeman.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Alice (Gray) Huston.
Mrs. Freeman was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church, and a former member of its Rosary and Altar Society.
She leaves several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 8 a.m. from the J.F. Skeffington Chapel, 925 Chalkstone Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Academy Avenue. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
