JOHN FOX DIES TODAY AT HOME IN ELW0OD
John Fox, who was about 80 years of age and who for many years was a resident of the Shiloh community northwest of Dundee, died this morning at his home in Elwood, according to messages received by relatives here. He was the father of Mrs. Walter Gossett, and the grandfather of Roy Fox, formerly of Alexandria but now of Anderson. His wife has also been seriously ill recently, having been taken home from hospital there only yesterday afternoon. The arrangements for the funeral will be announced later.
