Foster, Cleota Inez, 80, of Temple Terrace died Wednesday at University Community Hospital. A native of Cridersville, Ohio, she had lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1956, coming from Wapakoneta, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. She is survived by one son, Douglas Hopps of Temple Terrace; one sister, Katherine Long of Lima, Ohio and one grandchild.
