Funeral services for Mrs. Clark will be conducted Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Tommy Hagewood officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William Benjamin "Ben" and Lucy Jane Sutton Foster and wife of Allen E. "Gene" Clark. She was a homemaker and a member of Locust Street Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Louise Grissom, Dorothy Johnson and Betty Thurman, all of Columbia; a brother, Taylor (Christine) Foster of Columbia; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Lee Foster and Raymond L. Foster.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Foster, Randy Thurman, Phil Clark, Alfred Hughes, Horace Boshers, and Charles Cummins. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Crotzer, Bill Robinette, Harold Clark, and members of Locust Street Church of Christ.
