Juanita L. Buhring, 50, of Burlington and formerly of Sterling, died Oct. 29 in Colorado Springs.
Mrs. Buhring was born to Raymond and Erma (Tanner) Flock in Arriba on June 20, 1942.
She received her schooling in Arriba.
She married William E. Buhring Jr. in Arriba on June 27,1958. The couple moved to South Dakota in 1959 where Mr. Buhring worked on a ranch before returning to Arriba
in 1963. They moved to Sterling in 1967.
While in Sterling, Juanita worked at the First National Bank and at Dr. Jankovsky's office. She moved to
Burlington in 1985. She was a member of Calvary
Baptist Church. While in Burlington, she also worked at the First National Bank.
She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1982, a grand daughter in 1987 and her father.
She is survived by her mother, Erma Flock of Burlington; a son, Stanley and wife Sheila Buhring of San Angelo, Texas; a daughter, Lisa and husband Don Combs of Colorado Springs; three sisters, Doris Loss of Limon, Roberta Waistrom and Karen Dusatko, both of Burlington; three brothers, Dick Flock of Arriba, Jerry Flock of Burlington and Ray Flock of Strat ton; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m.Sunday, Nov. 1 at Chaney-Walters Chapel. Services will be 2 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Calvary Baptist
Church with the Rev. Lee Roy Pickering officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to Pikes Peak Hospice of Colorado Springs.
