Although his tombstone is in our church cemetery it is believed he is buried in Franklin as his obituary says with his second wife, although there is no marker for him or his second wife in Franklin.
I have included his obituary here just for information.
Also note the birthdate on the tombstone says 1891 his obituary has 1881.

Frank R. Fleming, 81, of 403 Liberty Street, Franklin, former resident of Knox RD 1, died at 3:15 pm Wednesday in Franklin Hospital. He was born in Reidsburg, May 4, 1881, the son of John and Nancy Slater Fleming.He first married Elva Snyder, December 1, 1915, She preceded him in death January 21, 1958. On May 4, 1959, he married Genevieve Watson, who survives. Mr. Fleming was a dairy man and a farmer his entire life. He had previously resided in Knox Rd 1 on a farm which he and his brother, James, operated and had just moved to Franklin. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of West Home in Emlenton RD 1. Surviving in addition to his wife, Genevieve, are one daughter, Mrs. William (Lucille) Dailey of Santa Ana, California; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren; four step grandchildren; and two brothers, James and Wilbur Fleming of Knox RD. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Colonel (Lily May) Hunsberger of Emlenton RD, Miss Georgia Fleming of Knox RD, and Mrs. Paul (Josephine) Rush of Sligo RD; and several nieces and nephews. One son, John B. Fleming, died March 13,1962, and his stepdaughter, Mrs. Oliver (Sarah) Conway, died January 21, 1968. He was also preceded in death by a step grandson, Richard Conday; two brothers, Floyd and Calvin Fleming; and two sisters, Anna and Margaret. Friends may call after 2 pm. today at the William N. Rupert Funeral Home in Knox where funeral services will be held at 2 pm.
Friday. Rev Edward Brandt of the Free Methodist Church of West Home, will officiate. Interment will be in Franklin.
