Donnie was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Midlothian, where he ushered every Sunday for several years. He was also a past member of the Masonic Lodge, and a devout family man who loved his grandchildren. He loved drinking his Pepsi with peanuts; watching the Andy Griffth Show, and gardening.
