Mary thanks Dr. Joseph May, who was not only her doctor, but a dear friend for over 34 years, and to his staff, Janie and Carol for their friendship and kindness. It was also her wish to thank Dr. George Craddock, her cardiologist at University of Virginia Medical Center, for his professional knowledge and compassion, and to Adriane, Bonnie, and all his staff. You have all been so kind and generous not only to Mary, but to her family as well.
