Sondra Sue Strasser-Few, 72, of St. Marys died at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, following an extended two-year period with health issues and illness.
Sondra was her own person with her own unique and beautiful spirit. She is loved by many and will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her sisters, Beverly (Larry) Miller and Kay Strasser, both of Winamac, Ind.; daughter, Colleen Craig of Albion, Ind.; son, Barney Brent Frain of St. Marys; daughter, Dorri (Mike) O’Donnell of Winamac; granddaughters, Nicole Hatfield, Sarah (Jeremy) Mason, Lorien (Terry) Hale, Brittney (Matt) Voltz, Jessika Skelton and Lyndsi Ringen; grandson, Michael O’Donnell; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Sondra was preceded in death by her father, Barney Strasser, and her mother, Dorothy Strasser.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Methodist Church in Winamac. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. The service will be held at 11 a.m., with a meal to follow.
