Harriet Fesenmaier, 90, of Sartell, formerly of New Ulm, died Dec. 22, 2002, at the Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery with the Rev. Douglas Grams officiating.
Schmucker Funeral Service in New Ulm is handling the arrangements.
Harriet Virginia Fesenmaier, the daughter of Foster C. and Charlotte (Spangler) Fisher, was born Nov. 30,1912, in New Ulm. After graduating from New Ulm High School she married Robert (Butz) Fesenmaier, Jr., on May 10, 1932. They made their home in New Ulm for 45 years before retiring to Haines City, Fla., in 1973. Her husband was co-owner of Fesenmaier Hardware and Implement in New Ulm for many years. Harriet was an exceptional homemaker and socially active in the community. She enjoyed golf, bridge, mushroom hunting and fishing. Several years after her husband's death in 1983, she moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas and later to Sartell, Minn.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and George Fisher.
Survivors include sons, Michael Fesenmaier and his wife Mary of Smith, Nev., Gerald Fesenmaier and his wife Mary of St. Cloud; daughters, Barbara Molitor of Bella Vista, Ark., Anne Zahn and her husband Roger of Minnetonka Beach, Minn.; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great- grandchildren.
