ATLANTA - Services for Lelan Wilton Ferguson will be at 10 a.m. today in Atlanta Methodist Church with the Revs. Ken Davis and Ray Teal officiating. Burial will be in Atlanta Cemetery under direction of Southern, Winnfield.

Ferguson, 75, of Atlanta died Sunday, Dec. 8, 1996, in Winn Parish Medical Center.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a former employee of John Morrel & Co., Old South Life Insurance Co. and Burns Security. He was a member of Sardis Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lajuana S. Ferguson of Atlanta; three daughters, Diane F. Broussard of Richmond, Va., Ilene Pogue of Jonesboro and Donna Payne of Winnfield; two brothers, L.O. Ferguson of Gardner and Prentis Ferguson of Atlanta; two sisters, Vara Smith of Atlanta and Velma Vezano [sic Vezina] of Shreveport; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 8:30-9:30 a.m. today in the funeral home.
