SEA BRIGHT -- Bloomfield Fary, 70, husband of Gertrude Fichter Fary of 15 Church st., died yesterday afternoon at Riverview hospital. He had been ill the past two months.

Born in Wayside, Mr. Fary was a son of the late Peter and Ellen Megill Fary. A retired carpenter, he had been a resident of this place the past 55 years. Mr. Fary was a member of the Sea Bright Methodist church and an honorary member of the Sea Bright fire department.

Surviving, besides his wife, are a son, Joseph Fary, with whom he lived; three daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Lindsay, South st., Mrs. Lillian West, South st., and Miss Florence Fary, of Red Bank; three granddaughters, and two sisters, Mrs. Sadie West of Red Bank and Mrs. Alida Dangler of Wayside.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the John W. Flock funeral home, Long Branch, with Rev. Robert S. Judge, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the West Long Branch cemetery.
